Terms

Product terms for EntryLayer evaluation and use.

This page is a draft product terms summary for submission readiness and procurement review. It is intended to sit alongside the controlling Snowflake Marketplace or private-offer terms where applicable and should be reviewed before legal reliance.

Use of the product

EntryLayer is provided by Formless Logic, LLC as a Snowflake Native App for data entry, review, workflow, and audit use cases inside a customer Snowflake account. Customers are responsible for configuring Snowflake users, roles, grants, data policies, and marketplace or private-offer purchasing terms that apply to their use.

Marketplace and private offers

If EntryLayer is purchased through Snowflake Marketplace or a private offer, the Snowflake ordering flow and applicable offer terms control the commercial subscription, billing, renewal, and payment mechanics for that transaction.

Customer data and configuration

Customers are responsible for the data, schemas, tables, views, masking policies, row access policies, users, roles, and workflows they configure with EntryLayer. Customers should only use the product with data and users they are authorized to manage.

No professional advice

EntryLayer may help teams organize operational workflows, but it does not provide legal, compliance, security, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Customers remain responsible for reviewing their own regulatory and contractual obligations.

Changes and support

Formless Logic may update product documentation, pricing, packaging, and terms as EntryLayer evolves. For questions about procurement, security review, or evaluation, contact the support address listed below.
